Your order will be packed with love and dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.
We ship with our partners at JNE Express and UrShipper to ensure your order will arrive quickly, safely and smoothly. We offer Free shipping to all of our clients within Indonesia. For orders made outside of Indonesia a shipping fee will apply depending on the final destination.
After receiving an order confirmation the delivery takes from 7 to 10 days, depending on the final destination of the order.
We don't deliver to P.O Box addresses or other addresses that include a Box# references, this is due to most of those orders have been returned to us in the past. Clients should provide the company with an alternate address.
Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages.
We will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country.

If you change your mind about a gem, you can return it within 7 days after you have received your order.
All custom made and on sale items are final sale and can't be returned.
HOW TO RETURN:
If you wish to return an item please send an email to contact@thecrystalbazaar.com indicating order number, name of the item to be returned, and whether you wish to have an exchange or a refund.
You will receive an email with all the information you need to return back your order, included return address and shipping instruction.
Please send the item back to us using a tracked package as the content is your responsibility until it reaches us.
The item should be returned in its original packaging. If the item is altered in any way or if there is evidence to suggest that it has been worn, the customer loses her/his right to exercise a return and we will not be able to offer you any size exchange or refund.
Please note that customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.
REFUND
Refund will be processed once the item has been received and reviewed from us.
To prevent fraud, a refund will be credited back to the Debit / Credit card used to make the original purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been refunded.
